Counseling Request

*** New clients please complete the "Counseling Request" form. Be sure the information is accurate. New clients can request a free 15 minute consultation to be sure online therapy is right for you. Text 734.968.0218 or email with your request.

Once a new client submits their information,  the client will receive an email inviting him/her to create an account and password at the telehealth portal. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of your request, please email me at  Check your spam folder for the telehealth portal invitation. When your appointment is scheduled you will receive text messages and email reminders to confirm the appointment. 

Each session must be paid 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 

Please use the "Make a Counseling Payment " button to the right of this screen.

Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Medical FSA, HSA and EAP payments are accepted.

*** Returning clients may request a session by sending an email to or a text to 734.968.0218. Please include day and time preferences in your message for your appointment. No need to complete the form. Please pay for  your sessions at least 72 hours before your scheduled day and time. 

*** Important, please read the refund policy to the right of this page.  

If this is an "emergency" therapy request, please call your nearest hospital emergency room or dial 911 for assistance.  Please do not wait to be contacted by a therapist as we cannot manage your emergency situation.

  Refund Policy

• Clients are required to text or email the therapist within 24 hours of  their appointment to cancel and prevent a $35.00 late cancel fee.

• Clients who cancel within  24 hours, and request a refund will receive a refund minus processing fees. Allow up to 5 days to receive the refund.

• Clients who incur fees must pay them prior to scheduling another appointment.

•. Clients who paid for a session,  but did not show up forfeited their payment. This is considered a "no show" and they will not receive a refund.

We are no longer accepting multiple payments for prepaid sessions.
